I use all of these processes in an integrated way, each one flowing in its own place naturally in my day, my week, my month, my year. In this as in all else, I am like a radio receiver for Inner Power/Source-based energy, allowing those signals to guide me to pick up one of these processes during my day the same way they gently and gracefully guide me to everything else. Continually blending this signal with my own evolving preferences, I become a more and more empowered and focused creator.


I put a genie on this page because these tools help me empower the interface with my own lovely inner genie who is always manifesting what I desire. As I empower this genie -- the part of me that exists as cause -- I ask, and then I receive.

Basic Process For Shifting Energy

State how you want to feel about this subject in one week, one month or one year (pick the one that feels good).

State your desire in this situation, or state the problem you're having in this area, whichever feels easier. Make it short, medium or long, whatever length feels good.

Take a conscious breath and relax your body for a moment.

If you have stated the problem, then state your desire now.

How do you want to feel about this topic at the end of this session?

Take a nice breath and feel your body, relaxing for a moment.

Ramble a bit about where you are right now in regards to this.

Assess where you are on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best you can imagine. Then give it a feeling place on the Abraham-Hicks emotional scale.

3. Enthusiasm/ eagerness/ happiness

Take a breath, relax and feel your body. Rub your palms together if you want to ground.

How would you like it to be, the next step and what do you see as the goal or vision at this time?

Take a conscious breath and relax your body for a moment.

Write three things that are blocking you from progressing.

Release them one at a time using EFT tapping, ZPoint or any other releasing method of your preference.

Write how you feel and how you feel better, allowing balance and integration.

Take a breath and relax and your body for a moment.

How do you want it to be now?

Consider this feeling along with your other positive statements from previously -- how you want to feel at the end of the session, your next step and vision, and consider your desire as a whole that is coming into your consciousness right now....Take a moment to reflect and enjoy those feelings.....And remember a time in the past when it felt just like that, and write it here, at any length that feels good.

Take a conscious breath and relax your body for a moment.

What would it be like to be at the next higher number than you are? How would that look and feel? (Make note of this, and expect this to happen, so you can notice it when it comes and see progress.)

How do you feel now? How do you feel better?

Repeat this process until you are feeling what you wanted to feel at the end of the session.

Note your progress, and let yourself feel good





My Method for Removing Dis-ease

This is my basic healing procedure…..I remove all resistance, negativity and disease from each body, over and over, until I feel a shift (for me, it’s usually a yawn, or a noticeable shift in my thoughts), then I go on to the next body.

Depending on how much time I have, and how I feel, I choose either the short or longer version….or sometimes I combine them, using the short for some bodies and the long for others….I do what feels good.

This procedure was inspired by a technique called Immunics (http://www.immunics.org), which I used to remove several chronic diseases for which traditional medicine had no acceptable cure. As I moved forward with it, I changed several things about it and made it more of a broader healing mantra for myself, as I found that it greatly increased my well-being, as well as continuing to cure anything that came up.

Invocation:
I align with Source (you can use any word you like for the creation-God-power energy),
I align with all who wish to receive from this healing (if I’m doing a specific healing for someone else, I also add their name)
I align with me.

Short:
I remove all resistance, negativity and disease from all of our (see list below) bodies.
Long:
Easy and relaxed, healthy and harmonious, good-feeling for the greatest good of all,
I’m releasing all resistance, negativity and disease from all of our (see list below) bodies,
allowing full well-being, just for now, just for today,
congruent, incremental, easeful, lasting, positive, persistent, natural, easy progress
in all of our (name) bodies.

Shift Energy in 20 Seconds

I use this as a way to continually shift energy in the direction of my desires. I usually am using it on one or two big topics at any given time, plus here and there throughout my day to smooth little or big bumps in the road.

For instance, I did it every time I felt or saw lack or inadequacy in myself or my surroundings -- sometimes several times a day, sometimes several times a week, over the course of more than a year. In this case, I used the starting phrase "I heal all the ways I'm not enough," or "I heal all the ways I feel inadequate" and then continued the process.

During this time, I have seen and felt the concept of "adequacy" virtually disappear in many situations where it was previously active. Instead of adequate or inadequate, in many situations I feel simply more myself, relaxed and at ease and knowing deep inside how much I am contributing by just being me. This is a very pleasant feeling. I have also experienced greater abundance in every way, including money, and my ease in spending it as well.

Now I am using, "I heal all the ways I'm not abundant" as a starting phrase in the same way. Now that I've had the experience of manifesting more, I can more easily allow the feelings of more again, and it feels better.

I am also doing it whenever I feel frustrated that I am doing things for money which are not the same as my vision of what I want to do. I started out doing it every time I went to my "B job." In this case, I've been using the process as written below.

In the course of less than a year, I easily grew out of one job into another which paid twice as much and was 10,000 times (minimum) more pleasant and more in line with my gifts; now I am in the process of growing out of that with ease into new much better paying opportunities much more aligned with my desire to use my gifts.

In the course of doing this, I've realized that my "A job" is really to align with Inner Power and Universal energies. So now I am expanding the use of this tool to times when I feel out of synch with the flow of this (uncertain, frustrated, cranky). In this way, I will bring my money flow more and more into line with broader perspective and my heart's desires.

I also use it when I have decided to do something, but the energy is not quite clear. I just take a few moments to do this and clear the way for a more positive manifestation.

It can be useful at any time that you feel or see or do something other than what you are wanting.

I like it because it's so easy, so fast, and it feels so good. I also like that such a tiny action as this has such significant and lasting effects over time.

I say to myself:

(At the end of each sentence, say a word as a mantra that has a pleasant and positive healing type of connotation for you. I use "blend" to refer to the blending of my personality with my inner self.)

"I heal all the ways I'm resisting this pleasure." (mantra)

(This has the effect of softening your energy into and towards the central stream of well-being, creating an incremental better feeling and expanded, more positive consciousness.)

"I heal all the patterns connected to all the ways. (mantra)
I heal all the emotions connected to all the patterns connected to all the ways. (mantra)
I heal all of the ways I'm reversed. (mantra)
I repeat this healing again. (mantra)"


Then notice three things that feel good, right in your now.

And you're done!

Help for Choice & Deciding

If I am going around and around a choice, feeling sometimes one way and sometimes another, that is a clear sign to me that different parts of my personality are in conflict, and that a smoother, easier, better-feeling decision with much better results can be reached if I can bring those parts together, even a bit.

This is what I do: I ask myself "What will it be like/ what does it feel like if I do x?"

And then, "What will it be like/ feel like if I do y?"

I answer both, then I mix up the answers together in the present tense. Simple as it sounds, it really works – it will blend together enough of my mind so that I can feel a deeper level and reach a much better decision.

Here is a simple example: What will it be like/feel like if I go to the movies tonight?

I feel fun. I will have fun. I will have enjoyment and pleasure. I will feel lighter, and my cares will be left behind.

What will it be like/feel like if I stay home and work?

I feel focused. I feel focused and intense. I will feel progression and lightness and greater ease.

Now I join them together in the present tense: I feel fun and focused. I feel fun and focused together.

Then I write that affirmation three times over. If a decision is not yet clear, I do it again. I just keep flowing with this until I feel a newer, bigger reality kick in. In this example, now I can see a clear path to going to the movies AND feeling all the things I wanted to feel if I worked.

Using this method, every decision becomes win-win, and I like that very much. I use it for decisions big and small that need clarifying; in this way, I consciously clarify and focus my energy more and more. I use it to prioritize my to-do list. It can also be used for something you’d like to do, but can’t find the inner focus to actually do it – in that case, one of the possibilities is "what will it be like to do this?" and the other one is "what will it be like to NOT?"

There are times when I'm expanding strongly that I do this several or even many times during the way. It always smoothes the way for me as I continue to heal my conflicting internal energy patterns.

Doing this on a regular basis, my energy becomes more and more focused and smooth, and the results I receive from my choices feel better and better. I appreciate that very much.

EFT

I use a process called EFT -- for Emotional Freedom Technique -- on a regular basis for releasing old emotional patterns and allowing more constructive perspectives and emotional energy.

The process uses physical tapping (I can also just visualize the tapping if I want to do this in public) on Chinese meridian points on the body, physically releasing blocked energy and allowing new flows and new patterns to emerge.

The way I usually use EFT is called the "Choices" method, developed by Dr. Patricia Carrington. It combines a round of releasing negative patterns with a round of allowing positive visions and desires, followed by a round of alternate releasing/allowing.

I love this method because it sets up my energy for easeful change -- when I have old, negative thoughts, I begin to automatically substitute new, more positive ones.

How I Shift Underlying Beliefs

As I began to know more about myself and why I was living and acting and feeling the way I was, I realized that all of this was formed by my patterns of beliefs. A belief is a thought I think over the over. Often, the problematic ones are ones I adopted early on in childhood, infancy, or even fetus-hood, things my ancestors and parents thought over and over based on their life experience which I have become habituated to and accepted unconsciously as "true."

A 21st century tool for shifting early beliefs which I really love and use on a weekly basis is the Belief paraliminal CD from Learning Strategies.

I always ask my inner wisdom to point me towards the best tool for shifting in each case, so I often feel a clear inspriation and prompting from within to use this CD tool on a certain belief.

Here's how it works...

On this great-feeling and easy process, I go back to three earlier times when I felt this belief forming and I re-live it more in line with what I know now....Then, in part B, I go back three times, again, this time to install a new, consciously formed belief that serves me now.

I LOVE this process!!!!

I LOVE how I can feel the deep shift, and actually change the energy of the past!

Over the years I've been using it, this process has helped me completely transform my relationship with my mom, because as I shed those old beliefs over and over, I have no reason to criticize her or fight with her! As I take all those projections back and live in my loving present, I can be the kind and loving person I want to be, experiencing healthy, beneficial closeness and authentic, deep, healing  joy.

That is just one of my hundreds of examples of things I have shifted with this process.

What I love about this is that there is no "should." There is nobody telling me I have to be a certain way, or live up to a certain ideal....There is just me and my inner wisdom, gently and peacefully, with wonderful feeling, shedding some old stuff I no longer need, as easily and naturally as a snake sheds its skin. That is my kind of change process!

I am SO GLAD this is part of my life experience, and I have this power.
