These are the energy tools I use regularly, in line with my intuition and inner guidance, to clear my energy and increase engagement with my own conscious transformation and change process. My Method for Removing Dis-ease Shift Energy in 20 Seconds -- tap on acupressure points to change emotional patterns TAT ![]() This is my basic healing procedure…..I remove all resistance, negativity and disease from each body, over and over, until I feel a shift (for me, it’s usually a yawn, or a noticeable shift in my thoughts), then I go on to the next body. I now use it several times a week to support my continued health and life in greater ease, supporting the power of my own personal center and aligning me with greater clarity and balance. I can also incorporate others into my curing process, and have shifted them into greater wellness from dis-ease conditions as well. Long: This method is based on Immunics, a powerful method specifically created for curing all disease. What attracted me to it was that, unlike most spiritual healing methods, it does not emphasize "healing" (which implies emphasis of spiritual growth over cessation of disease), it flat-out goes for a cure (removal of all symptoms and increase in physical health). ![]() I use this as a way to continually shift energy in the direction of my desires. I usually am using it on one or two big topics at any given time, plus here and there throughout my day to smooth little or big bumps in the road. I also used it to heal sleep apnea. I simply did it every time I woke up feeling heavy and groggy, or any time I noticed myself holding my breath or taking shallow breaths. I used the phrase, "I heal all the ways I'm resisting this pleasure. I heal all the ways I'm resisting the pleasure of my breath and breathing fully now." or whatever similar phrases felt right. I saw small progress all along and in about 6-8 months the symptoms of sleep apnea were generally gone. When they return from time to time, I simply do the process again. Now I am doing, "I heal all the ways I'm depressed. I heal all the ways I'm anxious." because those feelings are what's coming up for me now, as I experience more and more success in fulfilling my visions. I'm doing it on a daily basis, usually upon waking, and following up with some positive affirmations, such as, "I affirm all the ways my Higher Power is with me now. I affirm all the ways I see progress. I affirm all the ways I can leave this behind completely." or whatever feels right at the time. I have also used it whenever I feel frustrated that I am doing things for money which are not the same as my vision of what I want to do. I started out doing it every time I went to my "B job." In this case, I've been using the process as written below. ![]() If I am going around and around a choice, feeling sometimes one way and sometimes another, that is a clear sign to me that different parts of my personality are in conflict, and that a smoother, easier, better-feeling decision with much better results can be reached if I can bring those parts together, even a bit. ![]() I use a process called EFT -- Emotional Freedom Technique -- on a regular basis for releasing old emotional patterns and allowing more constructive perspectives and emotional energy. The process uses physical tapping (I can also just visualize the tapping if I want to do this in public) on Chinese meridian points on the body, physically releasing blocked energy and allowing new flows and new patterns to emerge. If you visit Magnus' Web site www.tapping.com, he will send you a free reference chart that shows you the tapping points as well. You can find dozens of others tapping on YouTube by searching on "EFT." You might think, after you have tapped along with a few people on YouTube something like, "I don't know enough to do this on myself." My experience is, trust yourself, you know plenty to get started releasing old patterns and feeling the positive results! Learning as you go is a powerful tool for intuitive people -- go for it! (Naturally, you can also tap on those beliefs...and clear them up.) The way I usually use EFT is called the "Choices" method, developed by Dr. Patricia Carrington. It combines a round of releasing negative patterns with a round of allowing positive visions and desires, followed by a round of alternate releasing/allowing. I love this method because it sets up my energy for easeful change -- when I have old, negative thoughts, I begin to automatically substitute new, more positive ones. I find that, once I identify the physical or mind pattern, I can begin an effective releasing process that brings continuous, positive results. I love seeing the positive progress and feeling it in my body! For instance, once I became aware of tension in my body around working (what I call "workaholism" energy, drivenness and compulsion around work which tends to drain rather than nourish creation and ease) I began to use TAT to systematically cure it. In the morning when I wake up, or any other time I become aware of this tension I do a TAT round to lessen it. The results are instant and wonderful, day by day allowing me to create with more power and more relaxation than before. Here's the basics: Cup one hand behind my head at the base of your skull, cradling your skull with the side of your hand and fingers. With the other hand, place the ring finger in the inside corner of one eye, the thumb in the inside corner of the other eye, and the two middle fingers in the center of your forehead at the "third eye" position. Pressing lightly, say this (out loud or to yourself): "I acknowledge and appreciate that everything that happened that caused me to resonate with this [briefly name the thing you are releasing] happened." Hold until you feel a shift, or one minute. Then release your hands and take a relaxing breath. Then put your hands in the pose again, and say: "I acknowledge and appreciate that it happened, and it's over now, that I have turned it over to Source energy (or whatever you like to call God/creator/All That Is) easy and relaxed right here, and that I no longer resonate or identify with it at all. I resonate and identify instead with [name the new way that has come in -- you can either decide this in advance, or just feel your way into it as it comes into your consciousness]." Hold until you feel a shift or one minute, then release your hands, relax and take a breath. Hold the pose again, and say: "I acknowledge and appreciate that I now resonate and identify with greater love, serenity, power and well-being." Hold until you feel a shift, or one minute. Release, relax. One more different pose: Cup your hands behind your ears and gently push them forward, saying: "I am now integrating this healing. Thank you for the integration in my mind, body and life." (There's also one more step you can add before the integration if you like....Hold the pose saying: "I forgive anyone I blamed for this pattern, including [name people you blamed, usually including your parents, relatives, God and yourself], allowing the pink, gold and white energy of forgiveness to fill my body and energy field completely.") That's it! Now you're more aligned with the life you desire....go enjoy it, and see the wonderful things that unfold. Note: This process is based on TAT, developed by Tapas Fleming.
